We recognize the value of good communication between doctors. Therefore, to enable the most comprehensive treatment program possible, we have made a commitment to work with you and your restorative dentist or physician. We regularly communicate during your treatment as well as during the follow up.
Surgical Fees / Payment / Financial Options
Fees for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery are determined by several factors, including the complexity and advancement of the situation. You will be informed of any fees before treatment begins. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company, although you are responsible for the balance.
We understand that your medical or dental insurance may not cover the entire cost of your treatment…it is designed to reduce the cost, but not eliminate it completely. We require your estimated share to be paid at the time of service. We make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and increase your reimbursement. Financial options will also be discussed during the initial visit. Dr. Bocciarelli and his team extend their commitment to providing excellent care and helping patients select the best payment option for their individual needs. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards as well as Care Credit.
Appointments and Scheduling
Consultation appointments are encouraged as these allow us the time to discuss treatment and anesthetic options. We want to make your first visit as convenient as possible. Therefore, we mail the necessary health history forms to your home. Please bring the completed forms with you on your first visit. Your first visit will include a comprehensive examination followed by a thorough discussion of your condition and treatment options.
With regard to scheduling and appointments, we value your time and pride ourselves on the efficiency of our office. We have convenient office hours that allow you to make an appointment that fits easily into your schedule. Scheduling an appointment in advance via the phone or after your office visit ensures the best time slot for you. In the event that you must reschedule an appointment we would appreciate notification as soon as possible.
We try to maintain our schedule in a timely manner however, we are prepared for emergencies should they arise and will do our best to respond to your problems promptly. If this was to occur this may affect our schedule. If the office is closed we can be reached 24 hours a day by our answering service. We ask for your patience.
